Good to Know
Coming to a Workshop or Class
You may want to consider bringing the following items to our workshops or classes:
- Yoga mat
- Bottle of water
- Light snack
- Child's favorite blanket or toy
- Journal/notebook & pen
- Wear comfortable clothing
If you need to eat before a yoga workshop, make it a light snack rather than a heavy meal.
Energy moves best in a well-hydrated body, so be sure to consistently drink water before and during the class.
We often practice exercises sitting or laying on the floor, so wear clothing that is comfortable and moves easily.
