ABOUT US
Denise Cook, BS, E-RYT is known for her energetic, bubbly and spiritual way of presenting Vinyasa Power Yoga to her students. She has been teaching for almost 8 years, and studying for twice that. Denise was the premier Baptiste teacher in Colorado in 2004 and still considers Baron a huge influence on her practice. As “beings of flesh and blood” that are made mostly of water, that mixture can get very absorbent of our stresses. Through the asana (poses) we are able to release not only physical stress, but emotional and physic energies. This frees us from harmful patterns, keeping us healthier and able to make better choices in our lives. Other teachers are, of course, her students, children, Mike Matsamura, Madhuri, Beryl Bender-Birch, Seane Corn, Amy Impoliti, Craig Kurtz, Manuso Manos, The Chinchanis and Emma Brown.
Robin Orloski, M.A., has been a teacher and educator for more than a decade. She is passionate about sharing the wonderful experiences and techniques that have found a home in her life – such as mindful yoga, energy work, meditation, living food nutrition and personal growth. While she is honored to guide others, she finds that the greatest teacher is the one inside each of us. Each person has a unique path in life. Her desire is to help you honor that path and begin to listen to the teacher inside your heart. Robin has a background in education/training and is currently completing a certification program in Energy Medicine.
